Conference table, chairs and modules — as one described layout
A meeting room can include a large table, linked modules, storage, chairs and cable-management items. For a concrete quote, we need the product list and placement plan rather than only a reference to a meeting room. Installation covers supplied furniture in the agreed scope; desk or wall infrastructure, power and AV equipment are described separately.

Access, lift and installation order
Large tops and long components require review of the delivery route, floor and room availability. If the office is operating during installation, state permitted hours and the person who can approve the layout. Packaging removal, transport and changes to existing furniture are not automatically included.

Conference table and meeting-room equipment
