COMMERCIAL SERVICE

Office cubicle installation

Scope to review

  • panel systems and cubicles
  • work surfaces, storage and workstation setup
  • missing or non-standard components

Prepare information

  • station count and layout
  • manufacturer or assembly instructions
  • delivery and installation hours
Choose a city and describe the scope

Workstations, panels and the actual layout

Cubicle installation depends on the manufacturer’s system, workstation count and the order in which components are assembled. Floor area alone is not enough to scope the work: freestanding partitions differ from linked desks, storage units and wall-fixed modules. Send a layout, photographs of the delivered packages and an item list. Completeness and practical circulation clearances need reviewing before a work plan can be confirmed.

  • Dimensioned workstation layout and module count
  • List of desktops, panels and connectors
  • Confirmation that products have been delivered

Organising installation in an occupied office

In an office building, entry procedures can be as important as assembly. Include the floor, freight-lift access, loading area, permitted working hours and property-management rules. Electrical or data rewiring and structural changes must be identified for separate review; they are not automatically included with furniture installation. This keeps the proposed scope and scheduling realistic.

  • Freight-lift and delivery-area access
  • Permitted noise and working hours
  • Contact responsible for checking completed work

Confirm the workstation layout before opening packages

The workstation plan, panel direction, module count and storage placement should be described before assembly. This separates setting up the supplied system from wall, electrical or network changes.

  • room plan or layout
  • identified workstation zones
  • a contact to confirm the arrangement

Commercial FAQ

Is the price fixed per cubicle?

No. Layout, components and access are reviewed before a quote is confirmed.

Can cubicles be installed in an occupied office?

You can request the work, but access, permitted hours, safety requirements and protection of existing equipment must be reviewed first.

Are power and data connections included?

Do not assume so. Assembly and infrastructure work are separate scopes; any regulated electrical or network work must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional.

What if parts are missing?

Include a missing-parts list and photographs of the packages. We can review what can be safely assembled once component availability is confirmed.

Does installation include changes to workstation infrastructure?

Not automatically. Power, network or wall work must be described separately.
