FRAME FIRST, THEN MESH
Before travel is considered, show corners, mesh retention and the whole frame. Explain whether it can be removed from inside the home. Pricing is individual: re-meshing does not automatically include roller-cassette restoration, sliding rails or manufacture of a new frame.
Insect-screen repair concerns an existing product, so frame condition matters as much as the torn mesh. Re-meshing may be feasible on a framed system, but cracked corners, distortion and brittle retention change the scope. Mesh retention and replacement-part compatibility need identifying. The standard offer covers an accessible framed system and an agreed routine repair; new mesh and retaining elements are separate. Roller mechanisms, pleated systems and sliding doors need individual assessment. A whole-frame photograph helps establish whether repairing the existing product makes sense compared with buying a replacement.

The retention method and groove condition determine feasibility. Mesh and retainers must suit the profile.
Repair or a new product?
Multiple cracked corners or unavailable parts may make repair impractical. Photos are assessed first; not every system can be restored.
