Move-out repairs in Wałbrzych
A list of small technical corrections before returning a home to an owner or next tenant.
AT A GLANCE
Quick answer
Move-out repairs cover visible small items: decoration holes, loose handles, furniture adjustments and minor defects. Photos and a list help distinguish straightforward corrections from renovation work.
Before returning a property, scope clarity matters. We can complete agreed small repairs, but do not promise an as-new result without assessing walls, paint and fittings. Full painting, larger damage, plumbing and electrical work are priced through the relevant service.
