COMMERCIAL SERVICE

Multi-display and video-wall installation

Scope to review

  • displays and mounting system in the agreed layout
  • checking spacing and component position
  • installation scope separated from image configuration

Prepare information

  • display layout plan
  • device and bracket models
  • wall photos and site access
Choose a city and describe the scope

A multi-display layout starts with one mounting system

A 2×2, 3×3 or side-by-side display set needs the models' dimensions, bracket compatibility and space for precise adjustment to be reviewed. Bezel gaps, levelling and rear access matter for later servicing. Different display models or arbitrary brackets should not be assumed to create an even array.

  • layout drawing and display count
  • device models, dimensions and weight
  • a mounting system intended for the full array

Wall, signal and power are separate dependencies

Mechanical fitting needs information about the substrate, working height, available power and signal routes. Designing the image source, configuring a controller, combining content and advanced video-wall commissioning are not automatic parts of installation. These elements can be described in the request so any separate scope can be assessed.

  • photos and a description of the wall construction
  • location of power and signal sources
  • safe access to the installation area

Preparing a multi-display project

For retail, office or reception areas, one list of devices, brackets, signal items, delivery timing and a site contact is useful. It separates equipment readiness from fitting and helps limit disruption at the premises. An illustrative layout is not a declaration that every configuration can be handled without prior assessment.

  • a complete list of devices and accessories
  • confirmed delivery before work
  • entry rules and available hours

Commercial FAQ

Does installation include video-wall commissioning?

We do not assume that without separate scope. Controller and signal configuration need review.

Does installation include configuring the video-wall controller?

Not automatically. Controller and signal-source configuration needs to be described as a separate scope for confirmation.

Can different display models be used?

That needs review. Differences in dimensions, bezels, brackets and image parameters can change the layout and adjustment options.

Does a video wall need service access?

It should be planned. The access method depends on the mounting system, display position and wall construction.
