Mesh versus frame
Torn fabric and a damaged profile are separate issues. Re-meshing does not permanently straighten a bent frame.

A tear in the mesh does not always mean replacing the whole screen. First assess the frame, corners and mesh-retaining method.
An enquiry does not confirm a visit. Materials are separate; scope, price and technician must be agreed.
FRAME FIRST, THEN MESH
Insect-screen repair concerns an existing product, so frame condition matters as much as the torn mesh. Re-meshing may be feasible on a framed system, but cracked corners, distortion and brittle retention change the scope. Mesh retention and replacement-part compatibility need identifying. The standard offer covers an accessible framed system and an agreed routine repair; new mesh and retaining elements are separate. Roller mechanisms, pleated systems and sliding doors need individual assessment. A whole-frame photograph helps establish whether repairing the existing product makes sense compared with buying a replacement.

The retention method and groove condition determine feasibility. Mesh and retainers must suit the profile.
Multiple cracked corners or unavailable parts may make repair impractical. Photos are assessed first; not every system can be restored.
Roller cassettes, pleated cords and sliding rails need separate assessment. The framed-screen starting rate does not describe their repair.
